U. S. Postal Service proposes banning cockfighting magazines

Has anyone else seen this? I saw it in the Lawton Constitution today. The Postal Service has proposed labeling publications with ads for fighting birds or accessories as "unmailable". The agency says it will take comment on the proposal through the first week of September. This may be old news, but it's the first time I've seen it. Time to harrass the Post Office!
