Request for PM Help!

I am unable to receive Private Messages. I receive a Gamerooster notification through regular email that I have a new PM, but when I log into GR, there is no new PM there. I have 50 of 70 PMs allowed, so box does not appear to be full. Can someone help me out with this please??? Thanks

go to your mail box and look at every folder you have spent mail stays there as well empty all folders and that should put things right if its a problem with limit factors in your mail

The problem is not with limit factors, the problem is exactly as crawbound described in his post. You get an email that says you have a new private message from gamerooster (the reason you get this email, is you have the box checked in your User Control Panel to send you an email when you get a new pm from the site) Once you get onto the site either by the link in the email or by pulling the site up .... it does not show you have any new messages, even if you check all your folders within the private message section. You can send but not receive. It has nothing to do with your folders being full capacity.

...cause its all jacked up...has been awhile now...its like there are no PMs anymore..just a "personal board"...where all can see what you send, and when someone send to you is all as one like on board...been that way maybe 2 months...or at least mine has...redzone...

funny thing is that not even the owner's inbox seem to work 'cause I've pmed him a few times and get no answer sooooo.... I'll keep thinking the pms don't work...lol
