I suggest when you win or sell a auction to keep all the information such as emails with the auction # on it and also all emails between the seller and buyer until all is satisified.... We will need these for evidence incase you sell a item and do not get paid or if you are the buyer and the seller did not send the item that you won on the auction..... Someones word will not work if you do not have the above information then we can not help you..We must have evidence so it care be judged fairly... Also the person in question will be contacted and both sides will be heard along with evidence from both!!!! All complaints will be gone over by the arbitration board!!!!

For techinical support email the auction@gamerooster.com

For complaints on bidders or sellers email them and your information to ARBITRATION BOARD (auction20042003@yahoo.com)

As one member of the auction arbitration board I would like to remind all who use the auction that it is for their use and enjoyment.
We ask that each be courteous and respectfull when dealing with others on the auction. No profanity or name calling is expected. Professionalism is best for all involved.

Hopefully we can just about stop the non-payers and the ones who dont send the items in a timely fashion or at all but since we are all human and do sometimes make mistakes please consider and think about the following things when useing the auction. This is intended for both bidders and sellers.

If we get a complaint, we ask for and consider all e-mails. If one side is polite that goes a long way with me. Now I am only one on the board and am not speaking for the rest.

If you sell something state when you expect payment and then remember computers go down, folks go out of town on emergencies, accidents happen, folks are sometimes even hospitalized all suddenly. Try to be understanding for your own sake.
If you have to post a picture of a bird different than the one being sold explain this on the auction. Otherwise this is not abiding by the rules of the auction.

If you buy something try to be understanding if it isn't mailed the first day, again emergencies come up suddenly. The seller may need to wait till a monday to ship something, especially gamefowl. I never want anyone to ship me a bird on Friday and have that bird lay over "somewhere" during the weekend.

I feel all the other arbitrators and myself will be fair to all parties involved in a dispute but we again are only human and can only make a decision useing your comments and reading the e-mail copies each party sends us that went on between the buyer and seller. Are the e-mails to each party courteous? Are they ugly? Remember, We use them in our decision makeing!

This is a great auction to buy some great items and great fowl from and to sell on. Dont we all love it? When has it ever been this easy to find quality fowl at reasonable prices? When have sellers had so many buyers looking at and checking the quality of their fowl?

Use this auction and enjoy it and if you do have a complaint let us know so we can attempt to
help this auction become even better.

Chickenman233, One of the other members of the Auction Arbitration board. I had to volunteer for this one fellow cockers because you see I am a professional Auctioneer. I take an auction pretty serious. I conduct between 70-100 live auctions per year.

I suggest all auction users just use common sense and make your word your bond.

A simple code of honor for auction users.

Gamerooster.com provides the auction forum because of popular demand. Users should be aware that in using the auction they are doing business with individuals and not this website.

Sales by public auction is a form of business almost as old as business itself. Items are bought and sold by nothing more than a nod. In this case, the click of a keyboard. In this era of contracts and legalities it remains a unique area where a persons word is as binding as any legal contract. Falsehoods and misrepresentation have no place in a public auction. With this in mind it is required of all auction users, buyers and sellers, to agree to this Code of Conduct.
All items offered at auction are to be represented as they actually are. All bids are a binding agreement. Users will conduct themselves as Ladies and gentleman at all times.

I am also a member of the auction board. one of our goals is to make the auction function better. Guys and Gals the rules are posted for you all to read and i will assure you they will be followed through on by the board. We will treat everyone fairly and respectfuly, Now that being said you all need to treat your fellow auction users with the same respect as you would want to be treated. And the only way we can help you on the auction problems you are having is to let us know about it as soon as it arises. The auction staff is here to help but it starts with you as the user. The auction is here as a service from the adminstration of gamerooster.net, for enjoyment and to sale your items, not to steal money, run auctions on a snag ( bidding high then not paying when the person you out bid was wanting the fowl or other item a lot more than you. Be Fair and Honest and adbide by the rules Folks that's all I ask.

And remeber you may not pay for it now but one day, and the day will come! We will not be the ones to answer to it will be THE MAN UP STAIRS!

Best of Luck and Happy Bidding
Mike
