Need Little Help Leaving Feedback

Hello: Have read your posts about leaving feedback. However, when I go into User Control Panel, then select Sellers Contact Infomation. When that window comes up, I can't click on sellers user name as in your instructions. I can click on their email address, but I want to leave feedback not send email. Can you give me a little more information on what to do??? thanks, Ron

Click on the Auction that you Won, then Click on Sellers Screen Name and then you can leave feedback
